Return & Refund Policy

At SALT CROPS THNK LLP, we take pride in offering high-quality handmade wellness and natural lifestyle products. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we aim to ensure a smooth shopping experience. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions: the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging; the return request is initiated within 7 days of receiving the order; the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery (with proof such as photos/videos shared within 48 hours of delivery).
Non-returnable items: products opened or used, custom or personalized products, items on sale or purchased using a discount coupon, perishable goods or items marked as "non-returnable" on the product page.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, email us at saltcropsthnk@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and supporting photos/videos (if applicable). Once approved, we will share return instructions.

3. Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item: if approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 working days. If the product is returned in a damaged or used condition, we reserve the right to reject the refund.
Note: Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged product).

4. Exchange Policy

We currently do not support direct product exchanges. If you need a different item, please place a new order and initiate a return for the original.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them or before they are shipped, whichever is earlier. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
